my ef ford is running rough idles rough the only time it runs okay is when i put my foot down. an is now blowing white bluey smoke, changed spark plugs leads changed. just feels like its not running on all cylinders or one spark plug isn't sparking. any ideas?? thanks

check your cat and balancer, balancer could have moved, cat could be shot. fuel filter could be stufffed. injector could be blocked. your gonna need to provide more info if you want answers though.Blue smoke is typically oil, brown is fuel, white if water, possibly done a head gasket as well. there is still lots of stuff to look at.

what colour is the car?

Is it using water? Do a compression test on it.
