ok.. i know this topic has been bought up 50 gazillion times but..

My 95 EF Futura.. wasnt starting, soon as i wacked where the BCM is it would start, got a new BCM.. still doing the same thing.. but it will start when I hit it? possibility i bought another faulty BCM or something else?

Probably, EB to EL were renowned to be faulty. EL's were generally good, but you can't use one of them anyway. There is a crowd that " renews" BCM's , but I can't think of the place atm, a 'net search might bring something to light.
