just degreser sprayed it in there kept it in shook it up emptyed spray a little in again and wacked it back on took 2 mins |

just take out the black plug at the end of the ISC and then ajust the screw which sits next to your throttle body to keep your revs up apparenetly the ISC is also used as an economical thing so what you do all together is disconnect it

it sounds like a air leak to me . cheack all vacum hoses and also tighten up the bolts on the inlet manifold as well .they do have a habit of coming loose as well i hope is helps you out

ics stands for idle control solenoid.
one is a stepper motor the other is a solenoid.
