I decided to go and get me a new power steering switch and install it today. After I had cut my 2 spanners in half (9/16 and 14mm) I looked and was unable to do anything as the nut on the power switch is absolutely stuffed. Someone has already had a go at getting this off. Both spanners wouldn't even fit in the nut. The closest was a 15mm. I have sprayed it with CRC just to help loosen it but man it's pretty tight. It's already a crap place to get to it and this problem doesn't help matters. I have thought about grinding it off then thought "NO", had thought about smashing the top off the power steering switch and use a socket...
Anyone have any ideas? Cheers
