I removed the dem switch on the EF and didnt get back to assembling the dash for a few days.
There are 2 connectors that physically fit the switch and they are alongside each other.

White 10 hole connector with 4 wired pins.
Brown, White, Black, Blue/red

Blue 10 slot connector with identical fitting pattern to the white one.
This connector has 4 wired pins also.
Red, Brown, Blue/red, Grey/black

My wiring diags are not very informative for this circuit.
So which one is correct? I took a chance and tried both but neither actually lit the lamp on the switch and I hear no relay clicking.
Demister switching is a BEM function so its hard to know where the problem might be. That's why it'd be nice to know which wires are correct.
Does anyone happen to know or are there any good EF diags on this site?

You should find it's the white plug - confirm by seeing that the plug sockets match the demist switch pins.
The other plug sockets won't match up - this is the auto trans economy switch plug for column shift autos.
