depends.

... i think they have about 95 to 110 rwkw standard. and with ONLY a cam and exhaust, 145 to 155 rwkw should be achieveable.

BUT, do some head work and 170 + is possible
Plus you could also do some mods to the fuel system or air intake

Get a chip... spend 1k+ on head port/valves run high comp and a big cam. if you want some BIG power eg 190rwkw...

Otherwise if you want to leave the head stock, no chip many people like the DEV3HL cam from jim mock seems to offer around the 140-150rwkw mark in a stock head which is very healthy.

Ive got a set of 3.23 diff gears for sale.

http://www.fordmods.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=51930

Should be a huge improvement in acceleration down low if your running 2.77 gears. In my auto EF it revved at 1700rpm @100km/h which isnt bad at all if your worried about highway driving.

Not sure on what needs to be done to fit your car so get some advice from people on this forum or a diff specialist would set you on the right track.

Cheers!!!
