but i'm having some trouble understanding the relay setup to drive the fans..

I have EF fans, joy.... how does the extra white wire help?

Does anyone have any diagrams showing how this setup working cause all it does is confuse me!

Even with a 2 speed setup (EL) how do the fans run in half speed mode? sorry guys this stuff is just so confusing without a diagram....
