no , not unless you use the whole ef wireing loom and coil packs as ef ecu has 104 pins and eb ecu has 60 pins..
but you can use a el ecu with the eb loom as el has a dizzy set up and the ecu has 60 pins like eb |

you will need an eb,ed or el ecu, the ef one is for the coilpack only

So its either a full ef loom or find a eb-el xr ecu ?
Will the xr engine run on a falcon ecu? |

For my engine loom it looks like i will have to extend the throttle body wires .. chnge the plug on the top of the throttle body is that all.. ...also on my eb thermostat housing i have three sensors on the ef i have one...what is the other two used for.. thankyou

Depends.
You will need to for some things: -bbm -thermos -knock sensor -coolant sensor (depending) The Troydude is probably the best with this seeing as he has done it. Or did you use a whole loom Troy?

no, in my case i used the ed loom and extended the tps and isc wires to the throttle body, added a couple of wires to the ecu plug for the bbm solinoid and knock sensor and ran them through to the engine bay..
