I have a ed xr6 with a waggot cam and lifters and rocker arms and its tapping and missing I have no clue what it could be

So your lifters are ticking ?
Did you change the cam ? Did you clean the oil out of the lifters ?
Is the cam a regrind and did you shim it ?
