Hi guys, Just a quick Q, any experience in which ecu ( eec-iv ) is best to run a efi 250 xflow? Been experimenting and pulled out my old ecu and replaced it with a newer version, same era (85 pre adr37 to 87 post adr37) and i have found around 10 more kw and alot crisper throttle response.
Upon pulling them both apart it looks like a complete new technology in the new ecu with the employment of a processor and riser cards instead of the old ramdacs and resistor setup in the older unit. The new ecu also has a lot more pins on the interface, equalling the amount of wires to the harness aswell.

So question is has anyone ever played with this before and if i grabbed a later ecu again even if it wasnt a xflow ecu would i be able to find a better match somewhere out there?
