not a Major problem, but i still don't like it doing it.

Sometimes when on a cold Morning & after giving the car a warm up of about 5 minutes idling, i go to take off then all of a sudden it will feel like its about to stall, then it will right itself and i wont have any other trouble ever.

after giving the car a complete service with oil, plugs, leads & all filters it doesnt do it even half as much, but i still don't want it to do it at all.

any ideas on what it might be?

i don't think its isc, it only happens when you put your foot on the throttle (further then what the isc will), but it can't hurt to clean it anyway.

Vacuum leak at the inlet manifold gasket.

I would say that's your problem, my mate's EF got the exact same problem. New leads and plugs and it improved slightly. But still after idle for a while and hit the the gas, it hiccups. I can visually see the leaks from cyl 1,2,3 and a spray of aerostart proved this to me.....although the is only a little bit rough...... cheers.................
