G'Day all,
This might be a silly question but I've never owned a car with climate control before (My new vehicle is a EL Fairmont). I know the heater needs to be in the ON position when draining the coolant but what about the EL Fairmont climate control? Do I need to have it switched on or do I have the setting to heater and then turn it off?

Set climate control to 32 degrees c.

it doesnt matter, when the engine is off/no vacuum to climate control the tap is open..

just put it to max hot when engine is running while filling it back up..
