Does anyone have any ideas as to why I hear a knock come from the rear end of my 98 Futura when taking sharp corners? The sound seems at it's worst when turning right on a roundabout but doesn't knock until I exit the roundabout. I do also sometimes hear the knock when going up a steep driveway that you have to enter on an angle (seems to be a loud creek then a knock in this instance).
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks. |

Your right rear shocker could be buggered....They do tend to make a knocking sound when they are worn out. Always best to replace both rather than one.

try tightening the s**t out of the bottom shock bolts, they seem to make a knocking and creeking sound when they arent tightened right up, if that doesnt work it could be any of the rear end bushes or the exhaust rubbing on something
