hey fellas

Got a EL, i have tried to diagnose the problem why it is overheating, i have replaced the coolant, checked fuses and wiring for the thermo fans, they dont turn on at all, I pressure tested the radiator and no leaks.

Does anyone have a suggestion what may be the problem with this thing?

Thanks

If the thermo fans aren't working I would first check the thermo fan main fuse up next too the coolant reservoir. If that's okay, I would then be checking the thermo fan relays in the black box infront of the airbox.

Could the radiator be somewhat blocked?
Perhaps the thermostat is failing?

blocked thermostat or radiator cores or tanks. there shouldnt really be a reason for it to be overheating like that in this kind of weather

If the thermos dont turn on, especially if you turn the AC on full bore, then yeh, check the fuses and relays.
Does it overheat when you're driving at a constant 60/100kms? if it does it then, you've got a problem with your rad/thermostat.

Auto TX fuse in the cabin fuse panel may be blown. Its the one on the top left from memory.

i gutted the thermo stat to increase the flow of coolant through the system by remove the mercury bulb and spring and left the hat to add a little bit of restriction i rang ford and told me i should replace the coolant sesnor which i did i estimate the car is running at 75 deg but when i hit heavy traffic it hits 90 -95 deg and the high sppeds arnt coming on i also replaced my radiator and all hoses and backflused the entire system but the problem still remains

The high speed fan relays have probably crapped themselves. You may need to replace them.

Run an ECU diagnostics on the fans, that will tell you very quickly whats working and what isnt.
