Hi I have a EL falcon here and today it has a problem of when it warms up the engine will vibrate under load and feels like it wants to stall and like it starving for fuel or maybe not enough power going to it.
It also has a coolant leak coming from the thermostat housing which I'm waiting for it to cool down so I can fix that, and to do a compression test has there is alot of crap at the head, but that was fine around November-December 2012. car doesn't run hot stay at the MAL area. car isn't mine, is me gf mums car, has done 209,000kms.

All I can think of is ignition based...seeing as when a dying coil or TFI module gives missing symptoms when warm/hot.
In saying that, look for bad vacuum leaks. MAP sensor hose is a common area to check or even swap the MAP sensor with a known working one just in case the MAP sensor has said good bye. Transmission based issue?

ok cool will have a fiddle, she has decided to sell it so will be up on gumtree later for $1000 or swap for 4cyl etc

ok shes said if I can fix it she will keep it,
also forgot to mention that idle is fine, and so is driving it for about 2mins and until I come to a stop and go again that's when it seems the vibration and engine starts to run rough when you put ya foot down.

also with the thermostat leak, it's been hitting the dizzy, if that is wet could that make these symptoms, has the leaking is pissing out.

yeah damn good chance thats going to be your cause, it causes the spark to arc out.
