Just wondering, would it be worth buying an electric supercharger for a small power increase? Or are they just a waste of money.

Have a read through the second section and you'll see why these are rubbish!

I put one where you would find your cat in the exhaust. It worked way better than most turbos.

A hair dryer with the heating element removed works way better, run the cable through the firewall and plug it into an inverter, run this inline with a few of the Electric Superchargers and you should be seeing about an extra 120kw at the treads. Well worth the money

if you steal your dads leaf blower and attach it the the throttle body you will save yourself alot of money. works better in some cases as when im done driving and my engine bay is dusty and s**t everywhere. i just use the already attached leafblower and clean her out
works great with the added fake turbo whisle on the exhaust |

Only two? You'd need at least four with that much iron. |

Just posting a report on this.
No noticeable power increase when I activated the 12,000 rpm fan (probably due to torque limiting and s**t). But the air filter that it's housed in, does give me a slight power increase and the engine runs a lot smoother and sounds better when being revved. Some heads have turned with dumb looks on their faces lol Overall, I think I'll just disconnect it and just let the fans that are in it spin with the natural airflow for now. Maybe later once I've done some mods I might switch it on and see if it actually does anything other than make a loud noise lol
