hello, i have an ed falcon a occasionally it wont start, i get ignition etc just wont turnover, after about twenty attemts it goes, i have been told it is the Body Electronics Module (bem) i suspect this is the case as i can hear a clicking behind the dash to the left of the steering wheel, and i beleive the bem is located there. the car has been stood for two months and it was fine before, could it be that the bem has become dirty/contaminated...thanks

another possibility that soo many people overlook is the fuel, and ignition relays behind the driver's side headlight.

Brown and Green relays.

Not to the left of the steering wheel, but it is inline with it, and I would not be surprised if this is your problem.

They do click prior to working.. Been there done that.
