Thanx for the positive comments fella's! It has been oh so long since she was on the road but hopefully will be back shortly.
fordfreak ef wrote: yep definatly very t1000 looking.... looks sweet... chrome looks sick! i have the same rocker cover... where did u get the intake runners polished? how much? if u dont mind me asking...
All the shiney bits in the engine bay are HPC coated. The intake manifold cost $150. Rocker cover was 100, headers were about 250 or so, and the piping was 60-70 a meter. Not overly expensive IMO, as you get the added bonus of heat proofing that polishing does not offer |

Yup she's straight gas now. Before i pulled her off the road, she made 188.6rwkw with standard XR ecu, auto and running @ 9psi. Since then she has been converted to manual, bigger cooler installed, intake milled out, a haltech ecu will be installed and depending on funds i may be getting a lumpier cam, so that number should bump up considerably. |

Looks good. I'd love to do something with my rocker cover if I knew how to take it off properly without f**k something up.

So where'd you get it done? There might be a few bits I want done, such as extractors. But I'll have to get them clean first. |
