oil filter is new its the second oil and filter change its had in 2 months and i have only driven about 50 kays on a permit,ive got 20w50 shell helix oil in it at the moment with a splitfire oil conditioner,its a genuine motorcraft filter and the oil is still clean but then it aint that old,so i'll try the inlet cleaning trick and see how it goes

Garsiph suggests replacing the oxy sensor and you don't mention it amongst the things you've done. After having a clogged cat it's probably a wise move, at least inspect it.

is there any way to test them,i have lukey extractors and 2 and a half inch exhaust on it aswell

They dont test.
They will allways give a reading but the calibration will be way off. They have only a 12 month life anyway. |

to see if the cats blocked they run a lazer temp gauge to see if it heats up anywhere.
i cleaned my cat today actually. we'll just say the car runs a lot smoother and is now MUCH more fuel efficent

just pulled my extractors off and found oil in 2345 cylinders,what could be the cause,am i going to have to pull inlet off,it blows big clouds of white smoke when cold,stem seals are new,please help

run the engine for a few days after u knocked the cat out.
if the cat was blocking the exhaust it could have caused massive back pressure and pushed oil through the pvc system into the cylinders. |

would a build up of oil and gum in the inlet manifold do the same thing, fill cylinders with oil?
