Has anyone on here own a Fairmont AU and done a recent engine oil change by any chance?

I've been quoted on 4 different types of genuine engine oil and I dont know which one to use... any advice thanks?

The ones I got quoted on are: R1310, R13105L, R33305L, and R13065L

Apparently they are all 10W-30. But which one do i choose?

You use the R3 3305L 10W 30.

Part number R1 3105L is an OLD number and supersedes to the R3 3305L
R1 3065L and R1 3061L 5W 30 are for BF falcon petrol engines Non Turbo
R1 3405L is 15W 40 for LPG and Turbos BA/BF/FG and FG XR8 up to 15,000 klms
R1 3075L and R1 3071L 5W 30 is for FG petrol engines except Turbo.
R3 3305L R3 3301L 10W 30 is for AU I/II/III petrol engines
R1 3005L 15W 40 is for AU II XR8 and AU LPG and EA/EB/ED/EF/EL

Basically, if have an AU of any series in a 6 cylinder, use 10W30 engine oil.......
If you have an EA to EL, AU on gas, or EB to AU V8, use 15W40.

If it, ( EA to AU, 6 or 8), has high K's, use a 20W50.

If I can run 0W20 oil in an 180 000km old AU and have no oil consumption, and used oil analysis showed insignificant levels of wear, even after the oil had been in the engine 15 000km.
I question the intelligence of anyone who throws out a blanket statement like "You should use 20W50 in high mileage engines".

Im using Hpr 5 full syn 5w40 in my au motor. Mainly because I thrash it lots. Sounds healthy no noises at all only has 130,000 on it though

20w50 in an au motor wtf! Maybe after 500,000
