Hey guys

I can't get my engine to even attempt to start. When i turn the ignition all the power comes on but nothing else. On the Cluster the Airbag light flashes after turning the ignition to the start position.

Does an engine start If there is an airbag impact sensor or bag problem?

could be lots of things.

first things i'd look at are:

control lamp? fuse. it is the top left one i think cant remember. but if that is blown will not let the car start.

other thing is a faulty BEM. While trying to start the car tap the dash where your left knee is.

ok, hope i'm not too late to answer this

as you sit in your car in the driver side look at your left knee and see where it points horizontally into the dash, at the level on your dash (which should be few inches left of where you adjust your steering wheel) well behind the dash is a module which get's dry joints, i think it's the one for the smartlock

so all you do is press on the dash there really hard with your hand and turn the key, the falcon should start :)
