Hi, I have 06 BF XR6 Ute.
Who could tell me what ETC means and would it have anything to do with my front tyres?

Electronic throttle control, wouldnt think its got anything to do with the front tyres. Id be taking it to a mechanic that can plug in and check the ecu for error codes

Thanks mate, I found what the ETC is, when it stuffed up i took it to my local ford servicing dealer and told them the problem, they said they would take a look. Anyway they told it was my front tyres, no joke, i didn't seem convinced that it was that they just made some stupid excuse for what was causing.

But when i took it to them for first time i asked them to hook the computer up and check for fault codes one came saying that my Throttle had been forced (fault code - P2110)

So yea any suggestions?

Yeah sorry mate not sure what it means by forced, i nean bloody hell the ford blokes shud know what it all means, i think there are lists on the net about what the fault codes are and what causes them

Yea found the list on the net it has something to do with my throttle positioning sensors being out of range or something.
