Hi guys, i need to put in my au fairmont ive been doing up for a while for a blue slip, the only thing i havnt gotten around to doing is the exhast. Its still got the original exhast in it and the only thing wrong with it is the tip has big rust holes in it. If i just cut the end of the pipe off would that be good enough to pass for a blue slip? How far out the back of the car does the tailpipe have to extend to be legal?

Cheers :)

Exhaust has to be past the last entry point of the vehicle so has to be past the doors, if I was you I'd just grab one of the cheap crap exhaust tips from super cheap. Then rip it off when you pass lol
