hey guys its time to invest in some extractors and exhuast. i have thought about a red back 2.5 mandrel bent exhaust and pacemaker 4480 comp extractors and to also modify to cat convertor to suit. approx price i got quoted including fitting has been $750- $850. the car its going on will be AUII XR6. any comments or suggestions. how many mufflers or do i get a hot dog what is recomended because apprently red back have to model one with a hot dog and one with i think 2 mufflers. i know both will be good however i would like to know a little more before i invest. suggestions and recomendations please :)

Good price, the combination or lack of mufflers you get just depends on how loud you want it.

I had a 2½ inch system with 1 muffler behind the cat and a hotdog in the a***, sounded fantastic, this setup would be highly recommended by me.

I have a 2 1/2 inch with pacemaker extractors and high flow cat with one high flow muffler and no resinator, I think it sounds great.

Also I put a BA intake on it with EF airbox lid and tickford intake scoop with a K&N filter.

my mandrel 2.5" lukey catback system has two straight thru mufflers (one after cat, and one at the back of the car)... my exhaust note is very nice... but ITS NOT THAT LOUD.

would gettin a hotdog mean that my rear lukey muffler is replaced by a hotdog? (and money gone to waste?)

can someone please tell me how to make my system louder.
