Its not a cannon dude, its a resonator, its there to quieten the system down, not make it louder....

I was speaking to a shop that told me to drop the 2 front muffler pieces, and just use one new front muffler, and one resonator at the back.

Which sounds similar to what you've got.

... of course, I'm going for that super-quiet sleeper type, so I might end up adding an extra front one in anyway, and having 2 front mufflers and one rear resonator.

Would be nice to hear what yours sounds like though.

Ok, here is the clip, you'll need to use either nokia play centre or quicktime to view it. also, I only took it to 3 gran after I learnt that free revving the engine isn't good.

Mine used to rev limit at 3000rpm in drive :o Yeah, if you sit at Maccas every night and rev the s**t out of it every night trying to look cool then its bad. I wouldn't do it on a cold engine either...

rev limit at 3000 in drive?? are you sure?, i know it will usually change gears at 3000 but if you put the foot down, it should keep going.

ahh, fair enough, strange though how my park will rev out but not neutral, is yours a mkI or II, mines a I.

PS: I cant view your exhaust file cause it comes up with that old school media player which won't work.
