As troyman said, no it wont fit, i cant even begin to imagine an e-series cam with that much lift
Id go with a Wade or CMS cam as the guys have suggested, at least you know they'll work as so many of them have had experiences with both. I dont really know how much you're planning on spending but id probably save a bit more first and get it all done properly or even just start off with a smaller cam for now like the wade 1636 or the stage 2 from CMS which will work fine with what you currently have. If you go for a fairly big cam you'll be spending money elsewhere on valve springs etc, hi-stall if its auto etc and i doubt you'll get that done for around $500 |

as per the initial question, Id personally get the headers and exhaust done first. it wont net you the most power, but it will save you getting the tune done twice.
If you do the cam first you will want to have it tuned. you can get away without it, but a tune really brings out the best in a cam. On the flipside you can get away without a tune on an exhaust. If you get the exhaust done first, save your bickies, then put in a CMS stg 2 or wade 1673 and have it dialled in with a vernier gear, and then have the car tuned by a reputable tuning shop on the J3 chip. Then you have a solid performing engine, for relatively minimal outlay. as stated you can get away with putting a cam in as is, but with a stock exhaust manifold, and no tune, you wont get the best out of it, and it may run a tad on the s**t side, since the fueling and timing isnt optimal.
