You got extractors? If not get some a good Cam works better with after market flow which is a good exhaust and extractors

But to answer your question Exhaust first !

zorst. do the lot

Reasons-
Lumpy idle can suck sometimes (can turn to s**t idle)
will sound better
your 18, seriously, you dont need that much pwr yet
chances are the zorst on it is f**k
small exhaust will choke any gains a cam will give

full exhaust and cam gave me about 30kw's. both were very noticeable, and u will be very happy with the results if u do it all at once (about $850 if u can fit it all yourself)

Don't waste your money on a dual exhaust. If you already have extractors/exhaust get a cam.

Yep, manual conversion is defintaely worth it, you will then be able to run a lumpier cam as well if that is what you want. Generally you pick up conversion kits anywhere from $300 for EA-eb2 gear (although I would steer clear of these), and then $500 - $1000 for EB2-EL conversions (for $1000 would wanna include manual ecu and loom and the box would wanna be in pretty supremo condition ie recently rebuilt).

Add another couple of hundred for flywheel to be machined, new spigot bearing, and new clutch and clutch cable (I always do this, not necessary though).
