Ok, I spotted the socket today on closer inspection on the left side of the left timing chain guide. . With the fear of dropping it deeper, i grabbed an old hard drive I had, ripped it open and pulled out the super magnet, attached it to a wire and got it out!!! . Next thing to go in that hole are some paper rags.
