just wondering how much of a differance to my FG XR6 a set of F6 valve springs, pistons and rods would make? anybody have any idea on this?

nothig. maybe even make it slower as the turbos have a de-compressed motor i believe.

i will make no difference at all...it would actually make less power..
the only reason f6 internals are different is to help with reliability strength of the engine as it is turbo charged..
if you fitted f6 pistons in your n/a engine it would probably loose power due to f6 pistons having larger dishin the pistons to lower compression ratio for turbo...

the lower compression would make less power, the better rods arent needed unless you are boosting it in which case you would just bolt another engine in. not sure on the valve spring differences but unless your running a bigger set of cams my guess is better springs wont do anything
