hey i was wondering if any1 could help me
whats the best pad and rotor combo for a EL xr6? and also does any 1 no anything on chips for power? thanks guys

best idea for brakes without forkign big $$ is
get some DBA slotted rotors and bendix ultimate pads
braided brake lines and new dot 4 fluid

yer im geting the dba discs but some 1 told me that the bendix pads chew up the dba discs so im thinking about ceremic pads cause there softer

ebc greenstuff pads ive heard are also good.

unless u wanna spend 4k on some ap racing brakes this will be ur best option

avoid lucas and ferodo pads what ever you do. EBC are good but bloody dusty. The heavy duty and up pads from bendix are semi metallic and yeah they will chew your rotors a bit more, but new rotors and pads properly bedded in will be fine.

also from waht i hear the new bendix ultimate pads are better on rotor wear than before

Pimp the sponsor dude. theres a few on here that will sell cheap dba's

Dba or RDA are good. go slotted. the RDA standard pads are s**t though.

you cant chip an EL. cam insted. Crow Cam Stage 2. big power, biggest a stock ecu can take
