Here's a pic. Your better off using a cork gasket with them, as they do buckle a little. Glue the gasket to the cover using contact cement.
You may need to use longer bolts tho. They were 1/4"UNC. This one has 2 gaskets, because it has adjustable roller rockers on it.

If you`re fitting it with the Webber, you`ll probably wanna file a little bit of the little servo valve thingy on the side, or file a bit away from the R/C in that area, as there is`nt enough clearance. I would`nt bother with a gasket, they all leak anyways, just use RTV silstic or similar, you can get away with the original R/C bolts. the standard leads wont sit neatly with this setup but they`ll still reach though...if you want it tidier, grab a set of EFI leads, they`re longer...

There`s 2 ways to sort it, the legal and the not legal way... meself, I p****d the polly gear off but I wont encourage it...
The original air cleaner hoses can be swapped (86XF), the one that goes to the funny looking black bit a the rear can be put on the other outlet, trimmed back and will fit the spout behind the oil cap, the other goes back to above-mentioned black thing. the PCV is easy, bit of hose (1mtr) from PCV round to the manifold...I`ll try to find pix of the last one I did JAIKAI |
