Im getting a EF motor tomorrow night and i may need to fit an ignition dizzy to it.

I dont understand what the manual is telling me.

How do i do it?

Judging by your signature, you're already running an EF.
So if the new motor is definitely from an EF,
it should have a COIL PACK, same as yours.
So, NO dizzy. Straight swap.

EDIT: I may have jumped the gun and assumed you're
putting the motor into your car.

If not, what car is it going in ??

you have to get the motor to the compression stroke of cylinder 1 at top dead center - fit the dizzy so that the rotor button is pointing to cylinder 1 spark plug lead

pretty difficult to explain in writing

EF's are coil packand are a little different. I should be able to get it done.
