Im getting a EF motor tomorrow night and i may need to fit an ignition dizzy to it.
I dont understand what the manual is telling me. How do i do it?

Hi There
Judging by your signature, you're already running an EF. So if the new motor is definitely from an EF, it should have a COIL PACK, same as yours. So, NO dizzy. Straight swap. Good Luck. EDIT: I may have jumped the gun and assumed you're putting the motor into your car. Is this correct ?? If not, what car is it going in ?? |

you have to get the motor to the compression stroke of cylinder 1 at top dead center - fit the dizzy so that the rotor button is pointing to cylinder 1 spark plug lead
pretty difficult to explain in writing |

EF's are coil packand are a little different. I should be able to get it done.
