http://www.fordforums.com.au/vbportal/m ... cle&id=314 Hey, these are for an AU falcon but the process should be similar for the car your putting them in. someone with a similar car should no if theres any difference. Could take you anywhere from a couple of hours to an entire day depending on your skill with that kind of stuff. i would recommend (along with everyone else here) getting shortened shocks sometime in the future cos the stock one will die very quickly, also the car may not sit as low as you want. i have superlows in my au xr6 with stock shocks and doesnt sit anywhere near as low as i want it, anyway its up to you!! ps. you might need a ford forums account |

I've seen scissor jacks collapse when used like how you intend to use yours. I had my father pinned underneath a pulsar when ours collapsed and if it wasn't for my brother and I to lift the thing up so he could be dragged out he wouldn't be here today. |

If you are going to fit superlows it would be very worth while replacing the shocks with proper lowering shocks.
Proper shocks will not only vastly improve the quality of the ride, stock shocks will wear out waay quicker with lowered springs. |
