Leads and plugs are new,

How do i clean out the TB?
O2 sensor?
I only know the basics

to clean throttle body, take off snorkle, spray some Carby Clean in it, wipe with clean cloth, if it runs with snorkle off (ie, no air flow meter) then start it , and rev it as you spray craby clean down it.

Altho that wont help with a flat spot but it will help, what car is it? what motor?

ignore that last question, just read the info in ya last post, try a dyno tune, that will show up all timing and mixtures etc, you will find the problem there! plus u get a power readout
