Was going to attempt to do some head porting myself, seen a few posts on here of people doing it just wanna know how mcuh to take off the inlet and exhaust ports aswell as the valves i seen one photo of die grinding the lump in the inlet valves, just wanna know what else i could do?

what you need to do us take it to.somone who knows what they are doing,

if you take too much metal away you will screw it up big time,

just gasket match the ports give the exhaust a sick a** polish and be done with it

yeah not planning on doing anything over the top just gonna do what you said just gasket match and and clean it up, whats the best way to clean it up making it look nice? a fine flapper wheel?

Along the bottom of the port, it's the shorter turn where the floor turns to aim for the valve.

The head is upseide down of course, the long turn is on bottom of pic as it's the long way around from the port to the valve, top of pic is the short turn radius.

Yeah, it's the BOTTOM radius when you think of the head as it's fitted to the engine. In my head, a couple of the exhaust ports were significantly lower - ie. had tighter small radius's than the others - so i matched all six to the one that was smallest / lowest.
