Hi guys.
My airbag light has been on for a while now, i cant remember when or why it lit up. But it always stays on. Checked the troubleshooting, and it says the light will stay on continuous if the airbag diagnostic monitor is disconnected, fault code timed out, inoperative, or no voltage going to the monitor. I wanna know where this thing is and check it out. Also, my abs light is also illuminated, could they be related ? Thanks Kayi Ps :: i wanna know EXACTLY where it is, pics if possible. I read on other forums with self-proclaimed know it all douchebags saying its next to the brake booster, nek minnit saying its above the fuse behind the instrument cluser (wtf theres nothing there except plastic backing panels and just wiring to be seen ) Thanks a zillion. XXX XXX XXX XXX EDIT: found it. its a blue box behind ur fuse panel; and that is above a white box which is inserted into a black metal bracket (its ontop of that). EDIT 2: solved the problem. since both airbag and abs lights were on, i remembered that my reverse lamps were not working (snap0956 mentioned that check ur rev lamp and acc fuses?),,, so,,, changed the reverse lamp fuse and BAM !!! it worked. thanks, youre all sexy and awesome cheers! |
