well when your 18 and doing your first trbo build its not always going to go right.anyways il solve it myself thanks anyways

Don't be like that homie, when you ask for help take it on board. If you don't want to follow the advice people will get the s**t.
Before you go pulling the engine apart again you should go over everything, everything. could be a water pump, if not you can put a new on, or replace the gasket and use the old one, not reccomemded. You're mates radiator may be partially blocked, a radiator dosnt just block 100%, sections of the core block up and reduce flow and cooling, even 20-30% blocked in turbo applications will cause overheating. Head gasket could be wrong and causing a Massive air locks in the head and no flow in the galleries. Could need a oil cooler. Lots of things for you to properly check out before you rip the head off. How much boost are you runing? |

well the plan is to put my other motor in change the headgasket on it along with welch plugs,water pump,rear main and brand new radiator.and in the mean time im going to get this engine rebuilt with acl race series re build kit.ive barely driven the car because ive been waiting on getting my haltech put in and tuned but i went for a quik drive with j3 and ive only got 10 psi out of it with the map sensor cutting out after that.il keep you guys updated and take pictures of my next headgasket change just so you guys can makesure ive done it correctly.

Surface finish is very important to the sealing ability of the head gasket.....as well as cleanliness. Have a look at some ACL literature.
