take the whole thing off from the head down..... not a very smart move and it would be dangours.... or u could just bash some holes in your mufflers...

just save some cash and go get a proper exhaust only cost 350 max

would be fine unless u got pulled over by a cop for "noise pollution" if he looked at your muffler you would proberbly have to get a new exhaust.... not that drillign holes does too much...

It's the mufflers that are quietening down the engine noise, so removing them, or removign the inside of them will louden it up. How much to remove depends on how loud.
If you don;'t car about your being legal at all just remove the exhaust.
But it's not the best or nicest way to do i

aYou'd need to drill the holes in the first or second one, as by the third one (which is a small resinator usually for the Falcons) it'll already have been quietened down.

Do what i did a month ago - get rained into a campsite, and drive out using the underside of the car as a plough accross soft muddy wheel ruts. Garanteed to tear the exhaust pipe out of the first muffler. Sounds like crap, but at least it's loud.
