unless its turbo or supercharged there is no real point of raising the fuel pressure..
im not sure about sdt au but the vct runs about 44psi,no vac/engine under load..

Well thats a lot of psi.Maybe it could be turned down a little.I wont know till it goes back on the dyno as to what it needs but will be putting reg on in the morning so was looking for a heads up.

and ef/el xr6 is 300kpa which is about 43 psi

so maybe a pressure drop and road test till i get back up near the stock pressure.I have lost a lot of fuel smoke (probably covered by oil smoke) since the new mods and tune but not sure,i also believe the stock pressure is close to right but it doesn't hurt to ask.

yea a bit of testing wont hurt..
a std falcon runs a little rich from factory..
so a slight drop in pressure might take away a little throttle responce but you may gain a little extra power on full throttle..

Yeah well i have lost a lot of down low pull now and i thought the reg would maybe help me tune it and bring some back, its a strange thing but since the new intake and pipe work it pulls hardest around 5000 till limiter wich is crap.So maybe the reg wont help at all.Got me to clean the injectors and put a new filter on any way i guess.
