Is the tool required to get the fuel pump out readily available? I know that you can make one but I don't have the equipment or know-how to do it.
Has someone made one they can sell me? |

Krytox's tool looks awesome, but I got mine out before I saw that pic. Basically I just used a blunt chisel, and tapped it with a mallet to slowly but surely undo that cap.

Ohh the pine with bolts :/ Just reread what I wrote, very, very bad. Don't think I'll be sleeping for a while now.... Oh, and mallet/chisel FTW! Didn't make too much of a mess, but I wouldn't do it again unless it was on a wreck. |

Yeah I had a crack at it with Krytox's tool and it didn't work, just bent the ribs around that cap.
This isn't on a wreck so I need to do it right |

Vice grips onto a fin, hit the vice grips.
That method pioneered by "EL XR8", I haven't tried it yet

Coventry's have the tool available. From memory is an ABW tool.
