what types of fuel pumps do people use to replace stuffed ones.
the ea's (sedan) fuel pump stopped,,went to stuper cheap and bought one that was suppose to work,,it was half the size and the car wouldn't even idle. so what brand do people use.. the old one they said was a wagon one,,a big bosch unit.

Personally I'd be going for Bosch brand ones.
I've currently got a Fuelmiser one in my car. |

pretty straight forward but you may need to drop the tank undo the Hosw clamp thing around the lid and use a screw driver and gently tap it around to losen
etc pull it out undo the hose clamps slide th hose up and replace it pretty straight forward.
