There we have it,, blew my head last night, gasket, fried the pistons, Valves, cam, all Fu*ked, how much would i be looking at for a head rebuild?

Its a Tickford 4.0L EL Fairmont Ghia

NOt a happy jan, i know it will cost a fair bit, man i fliped last nite when it happen.

yeah nice, what makes it worse is ive spent s**t loads to get it on the road and its been about 1 month sinces its been on the road, and it had the biggest problem u could possibly have,

i was thinking of jsut gettign rid of it.

but well see how the cash flow comes in, in the next few weeks.

well, thats how alot of people see JMM working..

how many k's were on ur engine? if there is that many parts rooted, you might be able to find an exchange engine for alot less than the rebuild.

its only done 172000kms so hasnt done many at all.

but yeah already orded the parts to be replaced should be back on the rd by the end of the weekend,
