Radiator was blocked, never been cleaned since new, decided on gettin a new one plus all accesorys.
Thermostat was f**k, replaced EFI/DFI relays and wiring were diagnosed and repaired $627 all up, which wasnt to bad i thought, that included towing, labour for the mechanic, and the auto sparkey, new radiator and thermostat. My mechanic gave it another 5 minutes running time and the head would have cracked the s**t in a big way. All i can say is thank f**k.

ABS or no ABS you still will be skidding around like s**t if you slammed the brakes on Dirt/Rocky roads. But obviously most people drive on sealed Roads and I find ABS makes 100% difference than standard braking systems on sealed roads. I have had a few situations where if I had to brake quickly and I must say it has proved beneficial to say the least. Whereas if I had standard brakes in the same situations, I would of been shelling out a heap of money for Damages. Well if I had or intended to do a lot of driving on Dirt/Rocky Roads I would seriously think about trading me Falcon in for 4WD anyway or Hop in to my wifes Suzuki Vitara at least.

Bah, just turn your ABS off, pull the fuse - no need to get a 4wd for gravel roads, unless you drove on them like say 80% of the time..

yeah don't get me wrong, abs is a life saver, but it also teaches us to rely on these features, which we will no doubt adapt to.
i don't have it on my ef, if it came with it, that would be nice, although the cold-air setup woudln't be where it is though.
