just keep pulling it and the car will eventually stop, hanbrakes are for 4cyl which cant do proper burnouts

10mm long socket under the hand brake itself.
but the best way is to remove the rear wheels, remove the rotors and adjust the shoes. and always inspect brake lines :)

its a big ask getting a small handbrake to lockup the wheels of a big fat heavy rwd falcon...stick to cheap FWD puss boxes, and maccas trays
