Genuine Ford AU Head Gasket.

IF you buy a VRS kit, THROW AWAY the Head Gasket.

Yes.

AU head gasket is a MLS gasket, pretty much the best off the shelf

Ask ford for a EB head gasket, they'll supply you with an AU.

95% of people here will say AU head Gasket.
others choose copper acl race.

Bolts: Repco sell EA-AU bolts as a kit.

One reputable Melbourne Workshop has informed me that EF/EL bolts are not tty, and can be used again.

However, for the mere $40 is costs to replace the lot, I know I'd be replacing them.
