DIY it.
Its pretty simple. cost you like $200 for teh gaskets, bolts and getting the head decked. |

The actual head has s**t itself, when you fill up the water and crank her over, the water gushes out of the bottle, and there is tranny oil dripping out as well, so literally dont know wat to do

There's several thing to consider here:
1. Can you, or a friend, change the head to reduce costs? 2. Can you source a head from somewhere (about $50)? 3. If you get another head, it should be pressure tested, planed & have the valves reseated in case it's stuffed. 4. If the car is run down and has other things that need repairing, it'd be better to sell or wreck it (unless you can't afford to buy another car). 5. If the gearbox is leaking from the front seal, then it's got to come out. If it's from the pan or rear seal, these are easier & cheaper to fix. Again, another cost unless you can fix it yourself. 6. Are you planning to sell the car in the near future? I like the E-Series Fords, so I'd fix the engine if the car was mine.

if you are mechanicaly minded, i have blown my head in my ef 5 times in the last 2 years mainly because i use it as i thrash about car on the weekends and as a burnout car. wreckers charge me $200 an engine takes me a weekend and a few cartons of rum and the engine is out gearbox bolted up to the new engine and put back in the car. the e series motor is really simple and easy to work on. thats just my piece of advise lol
