ok i dont know what happend but head lights worked one min next time i hoped in the car they dont work only the park lights this is on a ed fairmont plz help

but wouldnt that stop even the park lights and witch relay is for the lights all i know is its under the overflow bottle

May just be coincidence that both stuffed up at the same time. Just make sure you don't touch the globe with your bare fingers, use tissue/cloth/latex gloves.

Its one of the 4 relays in front of the coolant bottle next to the battery. Happened to me yesterday.

If you have lost high and low beam then I would think you had a problem with your circuit breaker or fusible link mounted near the relays.Kevman.

and park lights run off a seperate relay in the dash fuse box.

ok think i found the problem was just out with the car running and lights on and i grabed the headlight relay and and got a nice shock from it so can anyone confirm this for me if that is what would happen and how can i fix it and a gess on price thanks guys

Remove the relay and just go to your local spare parts and grab another. I'm sure it won't be too expensive...
