Whats the thickness of these
AU steel thickness ?
Standard E-series thickness ?

AU is ~0.020"
E-series is ~0.050" when torqued

i have a EA block with a EB2 Head on it.
can i use AU gasket, only thing that will happen is i get a slightly higher compression ? will the be enough clearence ?

It will be fine

Having an EB2 head on an EA bottom end your compression will be very low anyway.
