Holey s#$t you must have some serious pedal pressure. You sure it is your fire wall that is brokenand not the pedal box itself, they are weak as.

Mall Wood makes a support bracket for the clutch pedal for when they break, i think they are about $30 and take about 20min to fit

wow i have not heard of that, i live in brisbane and i put a 1500psi pressure plate whith a organic clutch in my ef, which is the max psi the flywheel can handle and it actually has a softer pedal than the stock clutch did. it was a custom made clutch buy NPC (Nicks Performance Clutches) and it only cost me $350 fully ballanced.

What psi are the clutches you guys are running and who makes them. wouldn't it be better to change to a twin plate if you want such crazy clamp force or even a xr6 t cutch flywheel setup. the clutch in mine handled 250bhp with no problem at all.

Yeah sorry can't really help you with that one, sounds like a pain in the butt though. If you do decide to change the clutch give Dough at NPC a call he knows his stuff and is really cheap compared to shelf packages too. Good luck
