The car changes at red line all the time the gauge is not wrong because i was looking at dignostics mode and it goes all the way to 5600

do you mean it holds it in the gear to the redline when only lightly accelerating, or when you floor it?
just manally shift the gears, you can hold it to the rev limter then.

Does it do it in econ as well as power mode?

you didnt reset the ecu and then drive it like you stole it did you ?
